Writing Your BodyStory

Your BodyStory might be an exploration of your earliest memories of having a body, your relationship with your body at different points throughout your life, moments of physical interaction with nature, messages you received or absorbed about your body or any physical experiences that stand out in memory, good and bad. Try to remember in particular the physical sensations, the physical awareness. 

Writing your own body narrative can be a very cathartic but perhaps emotional exercise. Try to be compassionate towards your younger self and the body that has journeyed with you throughout your life.
